It is nigh impossible to keep abreast of the hourly display of unparalleled political impertinence of this Nigerian government. Just as you thought you might have a break from the incessant heartbreaks this government causes Nigerians, up pops another instance of stomach-churning impudence. What has caused my enragement yet again? You're perfectly entitled to ask, but think about it, what has this government of bloodsuckers done that doesn't have cause to enrage?
It is not only unduly laborious to keep referring to the innumerable instances of political ineptitude on open display, but also dispiriting and ultimately, an exercise in futility. However, certain instances are worthy of being highlighted, if only to underscore the flawlessness of this Jonathan's government's insolence. First of, this President bellowed that there is peace in all the States under the governance of the PDP and that indicates it is only the PDP that can bring peace to Nigeria. See what I mean? Can you imagine the warpage of that logic? Could someone please remind me that we have a human being as a President. This has now gone beyond a nightmare!
Now, compare that to what the so-called PDP Chairman, Muazu, said on the same day. He opened his gob to say that joining the PDP is like converting to Islam. I suspect you don't believe me, but please check it out. Yet they accuse the APC of being pro-Islamic. Any human being with a wee bit of intelligence would be hard pressed to come out with such mind-numbing hokum. Mind you, all these came out within a few hours of the Boko Haram massacre in Abuja and the kidnapping of hundreds of school girls in Borno State. What has religion got to do with the monumental incompetence and corruption of these nonpersons? How are they morally superior to Boko Haram? I mean, I'm by no means condoning the evil that the Boko Haram is, but the evil this God-damned government is doing to Nigerians is hardly any less. Corruption and mismanagement of resources are killing thousands of Nigerians every single day. If Jonathan's child was among those kidnapped, I don't think he would be attending political rallies and dancing like a crazed sot that he is.
How about this? Members of the House Of Representatives are now vehemently clamouring for a stupendous jump in their quarterly allowance from N27m to N45m. This insane demand cuts across party lines. Now, can someone give me a good reason why these people shouldn't be locked up in zoos?
Want more? Ok, let me give you this: National Confab delegates are whingeing about media coverage of its proceedings because it regularly shows oddities which may cast the delegates in bad light. That means the Nigerian public has no right to know what their delegates are up to. In that case, they'll be free to keep snoring, slumbering and slobbering. Another of their gripes include the lack of medical facilities for them! Wait for this: they're even complaining about the lack of toilet rolls in the washrooms!! This lot have got to be the biggest joke since Jonathan Goodluck!! Even bigger than Okonjo-Iweala.
We know and they know that their time is up, and if they refuse to acknowledge it, the big prize awaits them. Fall on their sword they surely will. Let them declare that their infernally corrupt candidates have won the upcoming governorship elections in Osun and Ekiti States and I dare them to wait for the explosion of the powder keg and see if they would not take a powder. We shall all see.
