Isn't it an indictment of our hapless 'democratic' system that it is now being proposed that Ghana is to advise and assist in our quest to reform our electoral laws?
While I personally refuse to shun any effort at attracting support and assistance for ANY area of our national life, I find it rather ironic that the 'giant of Africa' is now held in such low esteem the world over that, every attempt at bringing a semblance of normality to the way we do things is being derided at every turn.
How long will this slumber be allowed to continue?
